North Oakville New Homes
North Oakville is an exciting new community located north of Dundas between 9th line to the east and Bronte Creek to the west.
The first new subdivision of Wooldland Trails at Dundas and Neyagawa is nearing completion. This new development consists of detached homes, semi-detached houses and townhomes.
Seconds phase of Woodland Trails is being developed just to the east by Rosehave Homes. Registration is ongoing at this time for early 2012 release.
Aside from WT subdivision, the vast land to the east of this subdivision is going to be developed by Mattamy Homes. This is a major subdivision consists of detached, semis, townhomes, work-live mixed, and employment buildings.
